Viessman vitodens 100 system boiler

we have the a viessman vitodens 100 system boiler,it is not heating up the pressurised cylinder but heating working fine,any ideas....

motorized valve or control fault you need a qualified heating engineer with g3 unvented cylinders to take a look

Most likely as above but could be programmer, cylinder stat (less likely)...!

Does it use the Viessmann cylinder stat?, Is it 4 piped?.

I dont think you can 4 pipe the 100? only the 200
