Vokera linea 24 hot water issue

Hi customer has an issue when running hot taps and is getting very low pressure and has found burner switches on and off at random. Problem has been ongoing a
while. I'm thinking plate heat exchanger but have been advised by a fellow work mate the diverter valve could be an issue too and I should get a service kit for the valve whilst doing the heat exchanger. Any help advice would be appreciated.

Linea 24 usually have a problem with a domestic heater exchange. Touch the heater exchange if its usually red hot then there is your problem.

Hi guys haven't been to this job yet but asked customer to switch selector from hw&heating to just hot water and it works fine water at outlets as normal..
