Hi All,
Customer of mine has just asked me to install his new commercial glasswasher . The old one had a water softener which uses salt but he's fairly keen to replace this with a "saltless" model he's seen on the internet. This is an area I have little knowledge of. Are saltless ones any good or are we better off with the tried and tested traditional one. Think its down to the staff not being bothered to top up the salt that's driving this request !! your opinions aprreciated

end of the day if he wants it just inform him off the situation and install it ! just dont forget double check on softener and if its combined in the glasswash it might already have one internal
