Hello,

We have a soaking wet floor surrounding our water tank, which is situated on the 1st floor, the water is now leaking into the downstairs toilet and kitchen (Where electrics are) and the hallway ceiling. We have turned stop clocks to stop and turned taps to release water- we do need to phone a Plummer but are worried about what is causing the problem? What it is likely to be/costs/parts etc. Please help.

Impossible to say exactly without seeing it or without better description. Where are you. If you put your location a plumber from here may be able to help

Unfortunately i am not a psychic so can't see your problem. Impossible to give even a rough idea of costs but it will be more expensive on weekends as like everyone else in any line of work, weekend work is at a higher rate.
