Went to this fire today customer asked me to check as builder prised fire forward to fit new marble panel. The flue is cemented outside so no movement yet I could prise fire forward upto 1" . I used analyser to test around fire case and got 10ppm but air was 20.9 and co2 0. This has puzzled me a bit my analyser is s tpi 709. Anyone got any ideas.should say flavel damn auto spell

I assume you zeroed in fresh air. No one been smoking in room recently?
Could be the flue connection at rear needing checked.

yes mate zeroed in air only getting ppm by fire elsewhere in room zero , going back to take out fire I think they have pulled the seal apart slightly

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

The fittings below are for a mixer bar attached to a self contained shower. i.e not a wall. The attaching screws have snapped. I could get two new brackets, dismantle that existing one and start again or I could try and re attach via those screws, removing the broken ones from the plate and wall...
