Richard at Home

I have just read the instructions on the bottle and it states this is "not suitable for single feed Indirect Cylinders"

My system is an open vented system run from a Vaillant 438 System Boiler

I have 1 Hot water Tank heated through a "Y" Plan and approx 13 Rads

Is this product suitable for my system

I am asking as i think my system is a single feed indirect cylinder. Or does this statement mean don't actually put it in the cylinder

Thanks

Richard

Maybe you could post a picture? If you are unsure you should think about calling a plumber who will be able to either advise that your system is suitable and if it is treat the system for you. Can I point out that you would never treat a heating system via the cylinder as that is your hot water store for the house.

Single feed indirect cylinders are rare...

If you have a large roof tank & a smaller roof tank for central heating then you don't have a single feed indirect cylinder...

You're barking up the wrong tree with that advice on this thread.......

Hi guys. I'm trying to identify a toilet model before ordering a seat for a customer. I went to what used to be a Roca stockist (they no longer are) and one of the guys there reckoned it might be "The Gap". I went to the new stockist and the guy there disagreed it was "The Gap" and that he'd...
