In a new build, the air source heating valves have rusted and are leaking, water pressure keeps falling. The fluid is dark brown. The air escape valves are clogged up. Should all this happen in a 1 yr old system?

Nope something not right with water quality also I guess you mean the valves externally on the pipes to the unit ?
