are all cliftons this bad?

hi guys, did a bathroom fit this week, sould have been finished by now but the customer supplied the stuff from cliftons, the stuff was supposed to be delivered on the monday, some of it was but the bath didnt turn up till the wednesday, the radiator didnt come till the friday, and the vanity unit cupboards turned up on the wednesday with all the corners smashed in, the replacements didnt come till thursday and even then the door hinges were bent on one unit. i most certainly wont be dealing with cliftons again.

has anyone else had experiences with them before?

Hi. Stick in a claim for waiting time. I doubt get any thing but it might liven them up.
