I spoke to their sales director this morning. He says they haven't decided yet.

The changes to the consumer credit licence are a bit complicated, and it leaves Baxi on the hook for stuff that the installers say to the customer (a bit like the pensions mis-selling thing).

So they are reviewing the various legal angles.

He did tell me how many boilers were sold on that scheme, and although I won't share the number given in confidence, it was not significant. Stopping the scheme wouldnt even make a footnote to the accounts.
