Best Blockage clearing Chemical product

Hi Guys,

What would you recommend as the best/ favourite drain cleaner for clearing domestic drains and is it a different one for commercial ones?

I know that a snake is probably the first item to go to but what really gets rid of fat, soap and/or hair (gag) from slow draining systems?

I always advise soda crystals and use them myself at home. Follow the instructions on the pack - i.e. make a solution, don't put them down dry.

I like one shot but it's so strong and could cause serious damage to pipe systems or skin.

One shot but beware its acid based and turns chrome black but shifts a blockage
