I am pretty sure its one of the cheapo Chinese shower towers that came in around 10ish years ago , absolute ***** , like everything from over there .

Dreadfully things if pipework behind is held together by jubilee clips its Chinese

A bit of Googling reveals the name "Artena" on the front turns out to be an Italian company.
OK, so it may be made in China.

Looks like they are out of business or swallowed up by another company. (There are Artena radiators, maybe a different co.)
