Find a GSR Engineer to reprise your expansion vesselHey all
My combi heats water up no problem. And it heats up the central heating for hours, no problem. But after I've used the heating, the pressure is all gone!
Wassap? Thanks in advance!
Thanks for your answer. I have re-pressurised the expansion vessel to one bar. Is that what you meant?Find a GSR Engineer to reprise your expansion vessel
Yep, as long as you're au fait with the procedure. It's not Gas so you're fineThanks for your answer. I have re-pressurised the expansion vessel to one bar. Is that what you meant?
Unlikely you'll need a new vessel but not impossible. There is a couple of things you need to do to reprise correctly. By just filling from the top you're fighting against system pressure. It really is a 5 minute job. Bite the bullet and pay an engineerOkay thank you very much. I did that today. I think I've tried that last winter but it didn't seem to work so maybe I will need an engineer and a new expansion vessel.
