I was wondering if anyone could possibly help me, my boiler recently started to leak underneath and it happens when we run our bath away just after. Now our condense pipe that leads to the boiler is plumbed into our bath waste but the way its plumbed in I suspect whats happening is the waste from the bath is forcing water back up the condensate pipe. I am not sure if there would be a better way to have this plumbed in to avoid this, ive attached some photos to show. Ideally the condensate pipe would lead directly to the main waste but this is very hard to get to as its bricked and boxed in. If anyone could offer any advice I would be extremely grateful.

Assuming the boiler is positioned well above the bath and there is enough of a drop there is nothing wrong with the installation, either the boiler is leaking because there is a partial blockage in the condensate pipe/bath outlet and it's backing up OR your boiler is leaking.

This it not an ideal installation for the condense pipe, it would have been better if the condense pipe could have dropped into the waste pipe instead of being on the same level. If this becomes more of a problem and you have no access. You might need to consider a condense pump. Its difficult to make the correct assumptions with only part of the story.
