Im decommissioning a back boiler but leaving it in place.

I need a label to state that it has been but I can't find any online and most of suppliers don't stock any thing of the sorts.

Obviously I could try knock something up but want it to look a bit more profesh.

Anyone know where I can order/buy some from?
