For running pipes through. How best to do it to not damage tiles and look neat?
 
Measure up! Drill the tile both sides then go through on rotary only without much force and keep the drill true...and pray.

drills 365 did make a long tile drillbit as a one off, i think there is a thread about it somewhere!
