Could somebody identify why water dripping through tundish all the time? What kind of system is this? Can I able to Replenish the air-gap on this Cylinder myself?

unvented and no best to call a g3(unvented) engineer out dont call a normal plumber
 
Safety device probably faulty, call a g3 qualified plumber for a service.

No you can't work on that, or similar unvented units unless you have a G3 qualification.
That unit has an external vessel which needs tested as part of the yearly service you are supposed to have carried out by a G3 engineer. This will keep the units warranty (often 25years) and more importantly keep it safe and reliable.
Only unvented units you can replenish the air gap are those that have an internal air gap, like Megaflow, which you simply drain to a point where air can be let in and refill unit
