Hi All.

My Aqualisa Aquavalve enclosed mixer shower valve leaked and gave way and I am looking to replace. I am looking for recommendations what model would I replace it with and how would I replace it if I changed the model! I would like to change the type of model to a lever one.
I have attached images. The old one had 2 elbow plastic fittings that connected to the hot and cold supplies which are pointing up.
If I was to change the model, would I need a universal box or do level mixer valves come with the back box mixer for connections? What fittings would be needed to connect the hot and cold supplies to the inlets of the universal box? Any suggestions appreciated to help me get a new shower installed!

thanks!
