A bit close !
so what are the dates on the meters ???
Are the copper and clips colour coded to match the regulator?

Plus if that house is less then a year old why was the consumer unit signed off in 2009?!

house is first phase of new build linden homes , part of the allocated h/a on new build was first lai

You know I wouldn't mind, but that's better than I see on a daily basis.

The on /off tape appears to be upside down.
If the handle can travel past the horizontal to point downwards then its clearly falling to on.

If the handle is in its horizontal stop position and needs to point up to be on then the on off tape is wrong and further,if thats the case, the handle has passed its horizontal position before stopping and so the stop pin is likely bent thus allowing it to overtravel past the horizontal leading to a possible passing when off situation. Painted pipes ? horrible..looks like cheapo new build. Hides all that self clean flux gunk which should have been wiped off.

Copper pipes, I think its fair to say, is not what it used to be, the copper is getting thin while the cost is going up. Meanwhile, plastic Pushfit seems to be getting better and better, cost and convenience was always better, but now the quality is to, have we reached a stage where plastic will...
