Can anyone explain what is happening to the pipework in a relatively new boiler in the attached image?

Fibre washers leaking needs a gas safe engineer with two Worcester fibre washers
 
No this wouldn’t sounds like you have a sticky timer or miss wired maybe needs investigation

Unvented discharge at high level current regs
Hi they used to say as a last resort you could discharge the D2 pipework at high level and turn it back to the wall. Similar to a combi boiler. I have just looked back through the regs this seems to have changed and it isn't mentioned now. It now mentions if at high level it should be discharged...

Using coil to clear pipe leading to gutter

Brass tap body is leaking.
I have attached an image of the brass body within a tap. Having replaced a cartridge which has cured a leaking tap, I can see that there is a small leak from the brass body which can be unscrewed. Is there a seal behind the body? Thanks.

Viessmann combi starts when cold, mixer, tap is opened
Recently had a Viessmann Vitodens combi boiler installed, quite often when the adjacent cold mixer tap is opened the boiler starts for a few seconds! Can anyone tell me what is causing this? And how to cure?
