How much extra do I charge for a gas safety cert when I'm doing a boiler service?

I was thinking £10 extra for boiler and cert £5 per additional appliance checked?

No no no way too cheap. £20 ontop of service . But I'm yet to find a landlord who wants a service so just charge £60 for a CP12!

I thought £20 first then I thought no I'm asking too much.

Thanks for the quick reply.

It's a landlord , they need it you got it . Oh and if it fails you still did CP12 so u want ur wonga

just the same as an mot, boiler has failed, ring ring, do you want it serviced to make it pass?

I never really do landlord certs. What is the minimum you have to do on a boiler, seals, gas pressure and FGA is it?

No full 26 9 checks
Gas rate and bp tho.
Inspect pipework through it's length where visible
TT
Meter operating pressure
Earth bonding

Get a regin cp12 Ppad has most all of the checks. You can get inspection form too.
