Anyone come across this before??

Boiler takes ages to fire up onn hot water. Once it is on it works fine but it takes around 20 secs to realise there is a demmand sometimes.

As far as I am aware it doesn't work like a normal combi with a flow switch. It is done on temperature drop.

So far I have replaced the hot water thermistor, the return thermistor and removed and checked the plate heat exchanger which looks really clean.

The next think I was going to try was to replace the display PCB as this apparantly regulates the hot water temperature? Clutching at straws a bit now
