intro from consumer

Hi Everyone,

I'm just a consumer who's had a lot of recent plumbing problems. I found I had to make decisions I wasn't equipped to make and didn't know who to trust. I can only share my experience and have questions rather than answers. I've joined specifically for advice about a boiler - see separate thread.
