Hi Guys,
Just wondering if you can put I argument to bed for me? Me and my co-worker are disputing whether or not I can carry out Landlord/Homeowner Gas Safety Record Form - CP12. I am qualified in the following:

Combustion Performance Analysis NG/ Cookers DOM NG/ Fires/Space Heaters DOM NG/ Central Heating DOM NG/ Meters DOM NG/Pipework DOM NG (CORE)&Flue Liners/ Range Cooker/ Vented Cyl/ Water Heater

My argument is that I think I am qualified and do not have to carry out any further training. My colleague thinks that I have to do a training course in Landlord/Homeowner CP12! Please can you confirm either way?

Thanks

Guys

Are you GSR or working for someone under their GSR number ? You can do whatever you have ACS for, no other training required, but read through form, should have guideance notes if you get stuck

a training course in landlords??

does it go like "bend over and take this....... ouch!" ? :) , all you need to know about a landlord is they want everything doing for very little.
