Please anybody can tell me what is the meaning this " Sink, 20mm sep./mix tap " regarding to Loading unit Calculation.
Reference: Plumbing Engineering Services Design Guide, Page 13

its a sink tap with 20mm bore either seperate or mixer.
what bit are you stuck on??

Loading units is function of amount and frequency of use no?

I may be mistaken, but, we call them fixture units.

Each fixture has a rating which will determine drain size and water supply pipe size.
In most domestic situations it's really not a concern, but does come into play on larger homes, blocks of flats / units and larger facilities. eg. school toilet blocks.

You can add up the fixture units to determine the size of drain required and the size of the vent ( if needed )

Strange,

It's OK they're just peddling copies of the Watchtower

In the book he mentioned, loading calculations are use to calculate the size of pipework and cylinder etc for hot water demand. As Oz said, there is a fixed figure for how much water a tap, shower, wash machine, etc uses. You would then add all these up to give you a figure which you put in the calc to size correctly. Basically the same idea as hear loss calcs to determine rad and boiler sizes
