Been asked to make a towel rail out of copper. Having a blank moment, how do I make sure it circulates round all the rails equally.

. Then I got a proper one but filled the other with engine oil and put a towel rad element in it! It lasted another 5 years.
Yeah doing it out of 22mm copper with Yorkshire fittings. All going to be shined up and varnished, with 22mm munsons as fixings. 1/2"-22mm female irons for the vent and valves. Will post a pic when done.
