Hi,

I'm currently in a house that has a bathroom and a small cupboard next to it. I'm looking to move a washing machine into this small cupboard, except the wall between the bathroom and the washing machine is ~2ft thick and is made of solid stone. Ideally I'd like to use the bathroom's drainage and water supply for the washing machine,

Is this something that would be possible to do easily?

Even with proper gear can go horribly wrong most stone walls that thick are normally 2 walls with a rubble infill that constantly blocks up hole you have drilled.

Thanks for the quick replies. The wall is an old external wall and the bathroom is in the extension (which was built before we moved here.) Definitely out of scope for me, but is it feasible even with a specialist?

It’s doable but won’t be cheap

1.2m x 152mm took around 3 hours
