Hi i am looking at converting a large single storey property into 15 self contained flats. Severn Trent have told me that i would require a 63mm pipe from the main and they would put a meter at the end of it. I am then looking at splitting this up into each individual flat with each having its own sub meter. What would be the most cost effective way to do this. The property is about 45m long by 15m wide with the flats divided up front and back.
Many Thanks

The most cost effective way would be to engage the services of a decent plumber up front. I kid you not!
