Any concensus on heating oil additives?

Bought a couple bottles of this stuff on amazon it appears to get good reviews:

My boiler is a new Firebird Condensing boiler with elco low nox burner. Kerosene heating oil tank external. Had some minor sludge in the tank filter at last paper filter element change so this should also stabilise any of that.
