Hi I'm looking for some advice, our neighbours want to install a waste pipe for a macerator from their property into a common drain which runs under what will be the foot print for our extension that we are starting soon.
We don't mind in principle but I presumed that it should run into the sewer pipe?, which runs across the back of our properties. And to be honest not sure we really want a waste pipe running under our extension in case any blockages occur.
Hope this makes sense, any advice is appreciated.
