Hi all,

Last night we tried to turn on the heating for the first time this autumn and it turns out it is not working. The hot water works fine, the flame comes on periodically to heat it even when not in use, but the radiators are completely cold, no hot water is coming out their way. Do not know which out pipe leads to the radiators and there are a few that feel hot at the joints. Have tried resetting (though there's no flame failure) but to no avail. Also have put the timer on constant. We do not use our boiler very often as we have an electric shower, so the last time even hot water was called for was in August.

Please, please tell me it's a DIY job! (and what it is...)
