We have the usual newbies V old mebers. Then short courses V my-dad-taught-me-so-I-win. Then they're latching on to this term "snowflakes" when a member picks up on them being racists!!!!

Found a way (and am testing on the other forums) to give mods front end ability to add / remove users from groups.

Will update you with results.
