Normally find that it would go to 723 or so, you could always go for the bigger door and grind off a few mm off the bit that slides in the wall channel , just doesn't look too good when the customer sees you grinding the new down
 
I'd go with the small and adjust close to max. Wont the tray be inside this max wall measurement anyway?

would rather not as customer is the sort that stands over watching (my favourite type:mad2:)
 
Gotta love those ones! Think I'd opt for the max 720 one then fella
