I have said many times before bathrooms are not my thing BUT, I have to fit a bar mixer (the type thats supported only by the two 3/4 nuts for hot & cold) to a already tiled stud wall, the rear is accessible through the airing cupboard any suggestions on how to secure it ?

You can get fixing brackets. If it were me I would cut a square out behind put some ply behind and then screw back to that.

If it's an exposed thermostatic bar shower then you can get chrome fixing plates. They work fine just fixed to the tiles by two screws usually. Toolstation do one with 3 screws

You can get two individual fixing kits which hide behind the two chrome pipe covers. They look much better in my opinion.

The bristan wall mount 11 is more expensive but may have more depth as some showers can be tricky as mira pro EV mixer is really deep and you have to pack out with 3/4 rubber seals

I use the "shower pl8" ones...packaging looks like a yellow car number plate. Nabis also sell the identical one aswell
