Hi all
i was on the phone on hold to baxi technical for 40 minutes the other day, time before that was 25 I sent them an email saying how poor it was and the guy rang me back and said there was a special number for gsr people that would get through quicker, think he mentioned signing up to something.
i was wondering if anyone does this and if they have numbers/how to sign up for the majority of boiler manufactures.
thanks Martyn.

Can you put the Baxi number up, i can't figure out this site.

when you open link, ignore everything apart from top 2 inches of screen. full of adverts and spam.
top left hand side you will see "click to find alternative number"
click that. new screen appears. either enter the 0844 number you have in bottom box or the company name in top box.
the number gas man gave is not given an alternative ( its probably a top secret number )
i typed baxi in top box and it gave me technical number of 0121 386 6311.
it works for most numbers from eon to councils. sometimes you have to try different listed numbers but at least they dont cost.

Hi guys. I'm trying to identify a toilet model before ordering a seat for a customer. I went to what used to be a Roca stockist (they no longer are) and one of the guys there reckoned it might be "The Gap". I went to the new stockist and the guy there disagreed it was "The Gap" and that he'd...
