Why dosnt she fit a Logic Pro exclusive ? £600 all in for a 30kw and it's a logic?

You mean a Pro Combi exclusive Erm?

TBH I don't actually believe that the boiler needs replacing - the letting agent sent someone in on Sunday as there is no hot water. That guy was out of his depth so he took his mate round, and they said the boiler is unrepairable.

If it is beyond repair, so be it. But A) I want someone I trust to confirm that it is the boiler and not 3-port or 3-port or even a stat. and B) I don't agree that a combi is always the best solution. Jules and Kevan have both replied to me, and I'll happily take their word for it, whatever the diagnosis.

Ahh yes it's called pro combi exclusive. They do a heat only and system too. I just assumed it was a rombi.
