I think 1500 was o/f Natural draught. But I was wrong before. What type off boiler are you going to fit there which boiler manufacturer?I know I would need to check with MI's for boiler specific info -
But can anyone tell me the standard measurement for a vert flue from a chimney stack?
Is it 1500mm?
Looking at Worcester MIs it's 500 from any structure, 600 from any balanced flue, 1500 from any open flue.500mm below or to the side but if the flue is higher than the outlet of the chimney then 1500

The chimney belongs to next door (terraced house) so no way of telling if anything is still connected.
