Warning about a scam text

Just a warning if you get a text supposedly from ‘iCare’ saying your Apple-id has been locked due to suspicious activity
and with a link claiming to restore it,
be sure to ignore this!!
I almost fell for this scam, because it somehow was sent after I had been using my id. Luckily I checked online to find it is a scam to get all your details
