Hello, I had a leak from my combination valve and had a plumber replace it with a relience one a (3 bar / 8 bar unit). However now the temperature of the cold water is high(hot) unless i run off a lot of water. How do i get the cold water back to being cold again? do i need to call the plumber back out?
many thanks.

yes you need to call your plumber out again and please make sure he is qualified to work on unvented cylinders by way of the G3 qualification.

Definitely get the plumber back out, sounds like the cold water is connected to the wrong place.
