Hello I have been in the water treatment trade for around 10 years. I specialise in water Softeners so any questions I may be able to help thx.

Welcome, do you mind me asking which water softener company you work for?

Worcester Bosch and many other manufacturers say softened water is not to be used for their boilers.

Please discuss!!
