Watched two films tonight and one was good. "Wrecker" was a really bad remake of "Juggernaut" the 70's nutter trucker movie and the good one was "Man from uncle"......cracking film with good attention to detail.......directed by Guy Ritchie. Anyone seen anything worth watching?

GSD has insisted that we plow through the Harry Potter series. On number 5 now.

I might kill her.

I'm not a big film fan. But when I was a BG apprentice. seconded to Sheffield, a bunch of us went to see Flesh Gordon. A personal favourite. Never seen it on BBC though.:smile5:

Flesh Gordon eh? Good wholesome family viewing there...

Jurrasic World Christmas day, looking forward to The human centipede on horror channel next Saturday, for those who don't know, its about a mad german doctor who stitches people together in a line, mouth to bottom so they share a digestive system.

Watched the first 3 Hunger Games - 1 each day. Will pop to movies this week to see final one. Want to see Star Wars too.

Saw a film last week - Warrior - about cage fighting, quite good & of course James Bond on.

I recommend a film called pain and gain, it's hilarious and twisted at the same time. Hoping to see star wars tomorrow.

Kids watching The Snowman on repeat literally. Quite enjoyable the first 10 times. After that the shine going off it a bit.

Hope to get to Star Wars in d nxt few days

Its a bit of bugger being only 6 episodes.
I like the fact its looks and feels like a very low budget like a 70's/80's cop drama so its the acting and script that shines through.

mulled wine and the hobbit for me tonight. Might move to the single malts later as my wrist is killing me today, seems not using it causes it to totally seize up.................... Mind you, cleared the pilot on the AGA this morning and got it working.

Now gas question folks, why does the pilot work fine but when moving the control knob to full flame setting, does it then cut out? Had to hold the spring down, turn the knob allow full flame and then pilot stays on fine, moving it back to lighting position and it cuts out!! thermocouple fine, oven stat fine just dies during switch from lighting pos to main flame... it is a sit gas valve. Any answers, not had this one before.

Okay, so me and the girlfriend sat down and watched human centipede last night, OMG!!! just when you've thought they couldn't make a sicker horror film than Hostel they go and make this.

The sequel is on next week and from what I've just seen on you tube its even sicker, the guy wraps barb wire round his junk and then ...........into the.....of the .......oh god!
