Hi all,

Just bought a new place that has a heat pump model # AHV42D3XH21CC

I can not locate an owner manual online anywhere and wondering if anyone else can help.

The previous owner also had a 20x23x1 air filter in it but I can not locate these? Was this the correct filter size as this does not seem common at all and I can only find this on Amazon.

Thx

Thx for the manual! Any idea on filter sizing? All I can find is “field to supply”…. As mentioned, the previous owner had a 20x23x1 in the unit but that dimension seems non-standard and I can not even locate anyone who sells that size other than on Amazon.

Thank you

The filter and it's housing will not be part of the Heat pump unit, it will be supplied and fitted by the ductwork supplier, hence the York reference to field to supply (depending and what filter unit was fitted)

Did you get the size 20 x 23 x 1 by measuring the filter (or is it printed on it) or by measuring the available space in the filter unit?

Filters are normally quoted as nominal size, with the actual size being smaller to allow for easy fitting?

If you haven't already, try measuring the actual space available, it may turn out to be a more popular size.
I worked on commercial ducted heating systems, in the U.K, and it wasn't unusual to find the wrong size filters fitted as very few were standard sizes.

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...

We run a community village hall and have a large kitchen provided for the use of hirers. This includes a Lincat SLR9 gas cooker which I believe is a 23.8Kw appliance with all six burners and oven on max. This was installed some 10 years ago and has passed all subsequent Gas Safety inspections as...
