It’s very unlikely someone here will be able to identify the hose itself, but they might be able to identify the tap if you provide good pictures. The hose is likely tap/manufacturer specific.
If it’s a thermostatic shower, it’s likely that it’s passing cold water into the hot supply which is reducing the temperature.
You likely need a new thermostatic cartridge.
If you turn off the hot supply to the bathroom with the dodgy shower and open a hot tap on the basin, do you get cold...
It’s hard to say without seeing the whole Shower arm, but those flat sections are where a spanner would be attached and you would use it to unwind the swivel head.
Gonna need the tools. The joint is made with a half reversed thread nipple and graphite washers.
The nipple has to go in the correct way round/it to its designed half. Mine came labeled.
Tbh was a lot quicker/easier than I expected. I air pressure tested them once assembled, no leaks.

Forgot to take an installed photo, will when I go back to fit the other 3.
The below rad comes in 2 sections due to the weight. 70kg each section.
I hired their kit to join the sections.
4 x rads, £6.5k my cost to purchase….

I would contact for advice/arrange an inspection by the...
Good job, in future, use full bore lever valves with a packing nut. Whenever I have to use these screwdriver valves, theres a 50/50 chance it will leak and need replacing.
Can you turn off the supply to just the cylinder, then open hot tap to drain hot system.
If it continues to drip, its the cold.
Either way, i always replace cartridges in pairs.
Turn stopcock off. That should stop cold.
If you’ve a combi boiler, turn it off, the cold stopcock will also stop the hot. Open kitchen tap hot and cold, then open upstairs bathroom hot and cold. Water will stop after a min.
If you’ve got a hot water tank. If an unvented/mains pressure, same...
Sounds like the o ring has likely perished. No reason to work on that part during a service. A visual inspection of that part is likely all that was done.
