I need to get to a horizontal flue while Replacing a boiler. It’s on the 3rd floor and about 12m high Higher than my triple extension and seems to be higher than most for sale. Any ideas other than a scaffold?

Just last two times I've been there seen about 20 lengths of fresh 22mm pipe and fire hydrant looking valve thats probably worth at least £100 Surely the thief would have been better off approaching any plumber van outside a shop and offering the pipe for cheap than scrapping it?!
