    Well that is a good thing then. Was just thinking surely manhole would show up on the house deeds or water drainage survey map everyone gets regarding the property. Otherwise would that not cause issues if a property was sold, and even then how would anyone know if a manhole has been built over...

    Hello I have another issue regarding the bath itself Recently a screw has come lose under the bathroom tap, the rubber has worn away on the screw. I think the other one is on its way out as well. I have attached the photos can anyone help with this?
