Planning to install a Sanniaccess 3 or Grundfos Sololift2 WC-3
Primarily for toilet, basin and shower use but the shower will be over a bath with occasional bath use only.
Read all sorts of information (including RPM's 10 golden rules) but unsure whether I can connect to a bath (with correct pipe fall)?
(Lift will be 3.5m in 22 mm then 7m fall to soil connection in 32 mm)

Thanks
Jo

Shouldn't really connect a bath to either of those pumps.
Whilst neither have the approval rating both will do the job however you can throw the warranty away.

Oh, that was from Saniflow technical dept. Difficult to know who to take advise from. Thanks for the reply anyway. Is there another alternative?

Did you mention the bath, if so then you were misinformed by a muppet of which there are plenty in that office.
Product details for SANIPLUS
It`s the same for the access range I`m afraid. Other than 2 pumps just do it with a Saniplus Jo and as I said throw the warranty away after 2 days use because if it works for 2 days it will work for 2yrs PROVIDING you understand the pumps limits of what it will cope with.

(Nods to quality for his kind words.)

Hi Jo the boat,,,, i know youve said its for wc, basin and shower which it will do no problem but the issue is the bath, the only one that will do the bath is the saniaccess pump but obviously wont do wc,

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...

I was stupid enough not to check the position of the pipes under the tiles when installing a toilet and drilled right through the center of a 16 mm copper water pipe. I exposed the pipe by removing a ~30cm section of the plastic sleeve and a ~10 cm section of the pipe around the hole. Several...

Ideal Logic 24, Previous problem was that the hot water was only cold or barely warm if the heating was in use. If heating was off and boiler cold then would get hot water most of the time. Changing the flow cartridge about 2 years ago (when I moved in) solved this problem enough to suffer it as...
