Where do you go to report non gas safe engineers? Already contacted the gas safe register and they don't care so is there anyone else?

Gas safe didnt care .... they keep telling us they try very hard.

I think that this lies within the domain of the local authority Trading Standards department. If it doesn't, I'm sure they'll be able to point you in the right direction.

I've had this with GS in the past! truth is they cant be bothered if you just want to report someone, unless you have all their information, address etc., what job they did, when it was done, They want you to collect all the information, when I asked what the follow up would involve I was told unless something was left in a unsafe state, that they would write to the person and ask them if they would consider joining GS if not their name would be kept on file.

So glad I'm not the only one who thinks gas safe are useless. Its also not right that this company is showing people on the register who don't work there and they send out non gas safe registered people to jobs with no care or consideration for the unsuspecting customer. These are a company who proudly boast about how they are the best in Yorkshire, by writing and falsifying there own reviews of course.

Hello, I am seeking some advice, I have a POTTERTON PROMAX 28 COMBI Boiler and I noticed yesterday that the water around the house is no longer warming up. The heat exchanger has been changed 6 months ago, so I do not believe it is that. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

I was stupid enough not to check the position of the pipes under the tiles when installing a toilet and drilled right through the center of a 16 mm copper water pipe. I exposed the pipe by removing a ~30cm section of the plastic sleeve and a ~10 cm section of the pipe around the hole. Several...
