Hi,

I've just purchased a portable washing machine and want to connect it to my kitchen tap.

I know I'm going to need an adapter to connect it, but am struggling to work out if the aerator in the tap is removable.

I can see 'Airforce' written on the side of the aerator and the aerator has flat sections on either side, presumably to allow it to be removed.

I just didn't want to start trying to remove it only to break my tap.

Many thanks,
Richard

There is no picture with your post but in my experience if the aerator has flats this is to allow it to be unscrewed with an appropriate spanner.
