Morning Ladies & Gents,

i went out to a Baxi 35/60 System boiler the other week it sounded like a plane taking off.
Instinct was fan failing and boiler hunting so changed the fan after a quick call to Baxi Technical.

got called back a week later even though silent running when I was there, so changed the fan again performed a full service and safety check left it running quietly...

got a text last night and apparently the noise is worse 48hrs after another fan!!!
Only other moving part is the pump (yes solenoid etc but you know what I mean)

any one got any ideas? .???? ?

I did did notice the baffle plate fixing was close to the exchanger pipework so resolved that in case it rattles...

help please
