you need to wait until you have a pm back or see a yellow banner like mine

copy the address bar of the vid you want (right click and copy) (ctrl c )

go to the forum

open a quick reply/full reply box

click on the insert video

paste your video address you did in step 1 (right click and paste) (ctrl v)

then click ok

any problems let me know
