I will be having a new boiler fitted soon, i can find only one access point to go under the house, do the engineers need to get under the house to fit a new boiler only?

The one access point i can find only lets you go under half way, there is another but not sure where it is, all the floors have that parkay flooring, thanks for reading this.

Probably not, but then again probably would.

Without seeing the job.........

Yes hard to say, i have fitted a boiler this week and have had a nightmare because i could nt get under the kitchen floor because its tilled. If you are lucky and its a like for like swap you will be ok , its when you are changing systems where the problems can start .

I`m sure the gas safe registered guy who does the job for you will know what to look for when he quotes for the job.
